1. Service providers
OppRise uses service providers to operate the application and process information on our behalf. Provider categories may include cloud hosting, database and storage, AI generation, image and video production, transactional email, payments, and monitoring and error reporting. The information involved depends on the service: account details, workspace content and files, prompts and generated outputs, billing information, or technical logs.
We do not list individual vendors until their production use and processing details have been verified. Contact us for information about providers relevant to your data.
2. Customer-connected services
Depending on availability and your choice, you may connect Google, Microsoft, Zoom, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, or a supported website or content platform. A service you connect is not necessarily an OppRise subprocessor. Its own terms and privacy policy apply.
3. Changes and questions
We will provide reasonable advance notice of a new subprocessor where required by our customer agreement or applicable law. For questions about service providers and connected services, email support@adpropix.io.
