1. Prohibited use
You must not use OppRise to:
- break any law, regulation, court order or binding platform rule;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- create, upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, exploitative or harmful material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation, approval, endorsement or result;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or unlawful marketing communications;
- publish false claims, fabricated testimonials or misleading performance promises;
- target advertising unlawfully or use sensitive personal information without a valid basis;
- create or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft or harmful code;
- probe, scan, attack, overload or bypass security, approvals, limits or access controls;
- access another workspace, account or connected service without authority;
- scrape or harvest data in breach of law or provider terms;
- resell or expose provider data except through an authorised feature;
- use AI features to create prohibited sexual, violent, hateful, exploitative or illegal content;
- use the service to make high-impact decisions about a person in employment, credit, housing, health, education or law enforcement without lawful human review; or
- use OppRise in a way that risks suspension of our access to Google, Microsoft, Zoom, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok or another provider.
2. Review and enforcement
You are responsible for reviewing generated output and external actions before approval. We may remove content or restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate or stop misuse, protect people or comply with law.
